Posted Monday, June 29th, 2009Every year, Sigma Kappa Sorority walks in the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk to show support for the estimated 5.3 million Americans living with Alzheimer’s disease. We would like to invite others to join us on the walk on October 10th at Reno High School at 9 a.m.
Since 1989, Memory Walk has raised $230 million for Alzheimer care, support and research. By teaming up with others, we’re hoping to do our part to fight this deadly disease.
Funds raised through Memory Walk go toward research to treat and prevent Alzheimer’s, and programs to improve the lives of millions of Americans already affected.
We’re on the MOVE to end Alzheimer’s disease!
